VA Fashion Week
VA Fashion Week 2013 kicks off this week and will feature over 20 designers this year! Designers from Richmond, Charlottesville, Puerto Rico, VA Beach etc. will come together over a four day period and put together a wonderful showcase of modern and original pieces! This year will be my first time attending this event, which is held in the VA Beach and Tide Water area. So, of course I'm excited not only to be in attendance but to have received 2 front row VIP tickets! VA Fashion Week begins this Thursday with a fashion show at the Richard Stravitz Gallery in VA Beach, and ends Sunday with an Art/ Fashion Show at The Art House City Square. If you live in the Richmond, or Hampton Roads/ Tidewater area you definitely should check out at least one of the events going on during VA Fashion Week, come out and support your local (and not so local) designers!
