RVA Fashion Week has arrived!!

RVA Fashion Week kicked off yesterday with the City Skyline Trunk Show at the Observation Deck above City Hall in Downtown Richmond. Wow, what a perfect venue to host the first event in this years RVAFW, the views of the city from the Observation Deck were amazing. The turn out was lovely and there were a lot of great local artist and designers, selling and displaying their goods! There was everything from T-Shirts and Vintage clothing to make-up, earrings and accessories. I ended up scoring two great pairs of Vintage earrings from STYLEDENTITY, one of the local vendors at the Trunk Show. It was rather chilly yesterday so I decided to throw on one of my favorite pair of High Waisted Jeans from Urban Outfitters, a little crop top from American Apparel, a long flowy number from Forever21 (one of my favorite pieces) and my ASOS sandals. Here are some pics of my look and yesterdays event. I will be attending several other RVAFW events throughout the week, so stay tuned for more to come on this wonderful event!!!

OOTN: Outfit of The Night

Last night I stepped out for a few to attend a friends birthday celebration, the theme was black & white which was music to my ears being that I have a ton of black & white in my closet. I finally got a chance to wear my Prabal Gurung for Target neon green sandals, I love these sandals hence the reason why I got the black ones as well. Anyway, I wore them with my ASOS black & white Midi Dress and my favorite go to piece, my H&M Faux Leather Vest. I pulled the look together with a vintage black patent leather clutch (which has a few splashes of color in it which really brings it to life). Here are a few candid shots of my look from last night!

Cheers!

Montego Bay, Jamaica

Wow, what can I say I had an amazing time during my week in Montego Bay with my love, such a beautiful Island with beautiful people. The weather was a perfect 85 degrees the entire week I was there, with a lovely breeze that swept across the Island every afternoon it was pure perfection. I kept it easy and breezy while I was there wearing lots of dresses, sandals, and crop tops, it was probably the first time in my life that I didn't have any jewelry on. I spent a lot of time laying out on the beach drinking pina-coladas, I went to a few different shopping villages, and ate some great food. The resort was beautiful I had a wonderful suite with a magnificent view of the Caribbean Sea to my left and a beautiful view of the mountains to my right, I'm already planning my next trip and cant wait to go back to the beautiful Island of Jamaica.

The resort was a dream!
